6. Please note that all products on the main Pro fitness website are designed for Home use and always carry a Home use warranty only, unless otherwise, specified. Equipment purchased from Pro fitness supplies website and used in anything other than domestic environment will void warranty rights.
7. Commercial prices listed on the web site are ex –VAT delivery and installation. All retail items are incl VAT.
8. Ex display products are separate from promotions.

Our price promise is date specific and any product that has been advertised at a cheaper price after the date of purchase are excluded from our price promise. Any claim made under our price promise must be accompanied by verifiable evidence that the product was advertised a cheaper price at the same time as purchase from Pro fitness Supplies. Our Price Promise does not apply to ex-display, mail order returns or end of line items. Pro Fitness Supplies reserves the right not to match or refund on specific items if they are not in stock in our warehouse or have been ordered specifically for direct dispatch from our supplier.

Pro Fitness Supplies use both internal and third party carriers. Occasionally deliveries can be delayed for reasons out with our control. Pro Fitness Supplies can not be held responsible for losses relating to late or failed deliveries.
For large items we suggest to the customer contact Pro Fitness supplies to arrange installation. Our one man free delivery service delivers your purchase to ground level. Depending on the delivery company and their individual health and safety policy, this may mean your goods are delivered to kerb side. Our free delivery does not include the driver taking your purchase upstairs internally or externally. Drivers are not insured to enter your property. Our one man free delivery service may require assistance from you to assist or move the goods from the drop off point into your home.
Please do not ask the delivery driver to lift heavy items without sufficient manpower, as this will often be in breach of Health & Safety legislation.
13. Before signing for your goods, please ensure you check the outer packaging. If there is noticeable damage to any part of the packaging, please sign the delivery note accordingly. We cannot accept claims for goods damaged in transit if you have not indicated damage on the delivery note. Please notify Pro Fitness Supplies via email or phone within 3 days.
Any customer refusing delivery of goods for any reason other than goods damaged in transit will be responsible for the delivery costs to the customer and the return to our warehouse. There will also be a minimum 15% restocking charge.
Pro Fitness Supplies can not be held responsible for any shortages, damages or defects notified to us after 72 hours from delivery.
While we will make every endeavour to deliver your products at the time promised, Pro Fitness Supplies accept no liability for any incidental expenses caused by late or failed deliveries, or for any damage caused to property while delivering or installing your goods.
Delivery service range from 3-14 working days, free delivery area is usually within 3 working days.
All new equipment sold by Pro Fitness Supplies is covered by a minimum one year parts and labour cover. In many cases the warranty is greater than this.
The warranty on equipment we sell varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. It can include a full on site repair facility or a ‘back to base’ warranty. In some cases, where there is a minor fault, the manufacturer will send a part by mail for the customer to fit.

Pro Fitness Supplies will either arrange to send a part for the customer to fit, send an engineer to site, or in some instances, depending on manufacturer, ask that the goods be returned to our warehouse. Goods must be well packaged prior to collection. No goods will be accepted into our warehouse without prior authorization from Pro Fitness Supplies. Pro Fitness Supplies will then repair or replace the equipment with an equivalent or better model and deliver the goods back to the customer at our expense.
Warranties only apply to goods within Ireland.
14. All warranties are valid in Ireland only. Extended warranties, offer upgrades to manufacturer's warranties to 3 years parts & labour cover.

All prices quoted are correct at time of going to press, due to circumstances beyond our control these may change, including rate of Value Added Tax. The price levied will be confirmed at the time of ordering.
Incorrect/Faulty goods must be returned to us before replacements will be dispatched.
Our aim to keep the majority of the products listed on our website in stock at all times. Occasionally some items are out of stock. If you order an item that is out of stock, we will contact you within 48 hours (2 working days) and advise you when the item is due back in or of any comparable product that is available.
Refunds will be made in the original payment method and within 14 days of our receipt of goods. All refunds must be authorised by our staff.
Your right to cancel
If goods have been dispatched, you have the right to return goods within 30 days of receipt of your goods. The cost of postage, packaging and insurance to return the goods will be borne by the customer and goods must be received by us in perfect condition and in their original packaging. The cost of delivering the goods will be deducted from any refund. There may be a re-stocking charge. If goods are not received back in perfect condition and in their original packaging, Pro Fitness Supplies reserve the right not to accept the goods at our warehouse and/or not to issue a refund or credit. Any costs to redeliver the goods will be payable in advance by the customer. If the goods have been removed from their original packaging or assembled, your right to cancel may be forfeited.
Our Standard 10 day return and 30 day online return options apply to goods purchased for domestic use only. These options do not apply to equipment purchased for use by a business, commercial equipment, or for any ‘special order’ items. Special order items, are goods that are not normally stocked by Pro Fitness Supplies and have had to be ordered specifically for a customer. These options also do not apply to any Nutritional Supplements, software, DVDs, videos or books where the security or outer seals have been broken. Mail Order Returns/Ex. Display Models are classed as ‘one off’ ‘special order’ items, and as such are not covered by our standard 10 day return policy or our 30 day online return option. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Under distance selling regulations, you have a 7 day right to cancel. We must be notified of your intention to cancel in writing and the cost to return the goods will be the responsibility of the customer
Any free gifts received with your order must be returned if an order is cancelled.
Please note: our couriers do not collect any unpackaged goods.

All customer information will be treated under the terms of the Data Protection Act. We will not pass on your details to other companies. We may identify and inform you of other products and services offered by Pro Fitness Supplies which would be of interest to you. You must tell us if you do not wish us to do so.

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment
Each EU Member State now has a legal obligation to minimise the disposal of WEEE in landfill sites.
The broad aim of the WEEE regulations is to address the environmental impacts of electrical and electronic equipment when it reaches the end of its life.
We all have a responsibility to contributing to the reuse, recycling and other forms of recovery of WEEE under these Regulations.
Over 75% of waste electrical goods end up in landfill, where lead and other toxins contained in the electrical goods can cause soil and water contamination which can lead to negative effects on human health and the environment.
Electrical and Electronic Equipment that was made after 13th August 2005 should display the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol on the packaging or product. The purpose of the symbol is to encourage householders to dispose of their WEEE separately from household waste.
As a distributor we are committed to reducing the amount of WEEE that goes in to land fill. Laidir Leisure Ltd. Trading as Pro Fitness Fitness have joined the Distributor Take-back Scheme (DTS) which means that we have contributed to a central fund to help improve local recycling centres.
